Many advocates and eventprofs continuously expressed their concern of the overwhelming promotion of plantations as wedding venues despite the offensive history attached to these properties.
Pinterest took these concerns to heart and decided that it was best to remove this content. They were soon followed by Zola and Brides.com.
All of these companies will be rolling out specific guidelines as it relates to such content and will continue its discussions with Colour of Change.
